Who wears an apron in the kitchen when you have a Tutu? And what dresses up overalls better then a Tutu? I came across some blogs about Tutu's and was bitten by the Tutu bug. They are just too cute! I used a ribbon for the waist like the video below but used two 6" rolls of tulle. Here are some links for your if you know someone needing a Tutu. This took 1 hour of my time start to finish. Super quick!

That is so cute! I don't have any little girls around any more but I had fun with that kind of stuff with my daugher and 3 granddaughters. They all love ruffly things.
