I'm back!

Did anyone miss me? I took a little vacation (8 days) and managed to lose a whole month. I have lots to share with you and hope to get some pictures together over the weekend because I'm sure you don't want to just read about what I have been doing without pictures.

I do have one picture to share with you. I made a crayon roll to take to someone special.

String quilt

This is a customers String quilt. It was pieced with Benartex's foundation by the yard. Front:

The first and last phots show the colors the best. The fabrics are so busy that the quilting doesn't really show.

Block of the month - May & June

June block - I pressed all the seams open on this block amazing the difference it makes. I normally am a press to one side kinda girl. May blocks - Yes, I did fall behind but I'm caught back up now.
