Minkee blankets
A few of the Minkee blankets I have made lately.
This one was made for my new Granddaughter.
Minkee was used for the front and back with nothing in between. Very soft to cuddle with!
Baseball blanket and 3 burp cloths.
The baseball fabric is a cotton fabric with light blue Minkee on the back. I added a layer of flannel to the inside of the burp cloths so they would be a little more absorbent.

Train Minkee blanket:
Blue flannel with green dot Minkee.

You can't use too many pins when you work with Minkee. A walking foot is nice too.

Makynzie Faith
I haven't been doing much quilting lately. I have been spending time with the new Granddaughter. I did make the Minkee polka dot blanket you see behind her (more on that in the next post).

Lots of hair!
This is the whole family (my son, DIL, & grandbabies) plus a rare picture of me. I couldn't crop myself out and keep Makynzie in the picture.
